My name is Leticia Wiemann, and I am originally from Mexico City. My husband is Mr. Joseph R. Wiemann but my maiden name is Leticia Hernandez Oviedo. I have lived in the Berks County area since 1984 and, like everyone in this country, I started from the bottom and am now a "Realtor" with major awards. The most coveted of all the Century 21 awards is the "Centurion Agent” of the Year in 2005. I am the first Hispanic woman in the county of Berks to receive such an important award!
Tamara, Arlene, Winona and Nathan are my beloved sons and daughters who are first generation to graduate from College which is incredible! The American dream! I remember the holidays and the thanksgiving day turkey, for my four children and now I have a total of 12 children and grandchildren.
I've always said I love my job and I feel that I have done quite well, and I'm always in the “top 21” (also known as the Century 21 Gold "Top Producers").
